Our Return Policy in short:
You have 14 days to return an order after receiving it. The garment must be returned in the same condition that it was received (ie - powdered and unworn).
You must contact us before returning the item.
The customer always covers the cost of return shipping and any customs fees incurred will be deducted from the refund. Please email us if you are unsure what information must be on the customs form.
Please note that exceptions apply for the return of custom-made products. Thongs and bodysuits are not returnable due to hygienic reasons.
